Tapered Roller Bearing

Main Characteristics:

  This kind of bearing is a separation-bearing, tapered raceway is on both  the outer and inner ring, and rollers are round-table-shaped. Rollers and raceway are line contact, may bear a heavier load form both radial and axial, but also can bear axial loads only. When contact angle is bigger, the axial capacity is higher.

  Tapered Roller should be designed to achieve internal and external roller Raceway and the contact line extension in the cross bearing the same point on the axis, in order to achieve pure rolling.

  The new designed tapered roller bearing should be used fortified structure, increase the diameter of rollers, lengthen the roller, increase the rollers' number, and with a crown of the rollers, making the bearing's capacity and fatigue life improved significantly. Spherical and cone contact are used between the roller large end and ribs, to improve the lubrication.

  The number of rows of such Bearing can be divided into different types of single-row, double-row and four-row. And this kind of bearing are used British system products normally.

  Cage Types:

The steel stamping cage is used normally, when bearing diameter is more than

  650mm, a roller-pillar welding cage is used.

  Single-row: the front-wheel vehicle, the rear wheels, the machine spindle, shaft car vehicles, rolling mill, construction machinery, lifting equipment, printing machinery and all kinds of deceleration devices.
